i need tips how to improve not really looking for a rating i know im low tier normie but i really need advice what to work on and just how to take care of myself to improve looks. please dont be rude i know my side profile sucks dick and my skin looks patchy red but it isnt im so insecure i cut my face with a blade its a habit i've had for a while but all i ask is for stuff i can do to improve my looks and maybe a fast way to lose weight. thank you
