Need tips to fuck hypergamy

18 M 5,11 how can I ascend I know I’m not a terrible looking guy but I’ve never had a gf or even held hands with a girl, I want to look better I’m sick of looking so average but what can I do I know I have a big nose, long philtrum, negative hooding and narrow lips but I feel like the only fix to those are a lip flip/ lip raise???

What surgery and aqualyx? It’s late tbf so I look worse and tired but I do get told I look older than I am hopefully not too bad. Kinda brutal ngl

A basic rhinoplasty (nasal osteotomy), Upper eyelid blepharoplasty (this will get RID of ur hooding, tell me if you just want to keep hooding but make it straight), fat grafts in the under eye region, a natural surgical lip lift

Some hooding is good but mines more negative like hexums(not comparing myself to that miracle of genes) and not like Elias depoots, lip lift just scares me to go wrong but that would probably be my first choice, I like how my nose looks from the side just not the front does rhino fix that?

yes a nasal osteotomy just thins ur nose from the front, its also cheaper because its not a full rhino and only a basic

He should also train his neck and get lean to optimize facial aesthetics alongside that

Not to mention he's got unideal skin texture (look at the blackheads on his nose), so maybe tretinoin could help out with that
