You look pretty good rn maybe grow your chest a bit more in your physique. I can’t really see any bad skin qualities due to the shit camera quality just clean up the beard near your neck a bit more as well

It’s genetics but make sure to eat well and sleep well and have a healthy life style with nothing that can affect your growth negatively. Surgery can be used for bone mass
