whats a realistic way to lose facial fat? I’ve lost 12kg (67kg to 55kg) in the last 3 months and my ramus and jawline have become visible and my nose has become less inflamed and slightly slimmer. The only problem is that I have a ton of cheek fat which is making my lower jaw appear huge. I’m still going through puberty and I don’t know if I want to consider peptides but at the same time, the one thing holding me back is my facial fat. if u guys have any tips or suggestions that u personally would recommend im all ears bc im getting pretty desperate. If you guys also have methods to getting clear and even skin I’ll take any tips for that as well. My pimples and slight acne have cleared up as I lost weight and stopped eating as much junk as I used to but I do have dark scars that aren’t very appealing so any recommendations anyone has I’ll take them.
 
see if you can get accutane for your acne if not indiamart it and clean bulk till you get back to 60kg and then cut again

Wait for puberty to end most baby fat on face like facial fat leaves as face matures keep a low bodyfat percentage still and that's it
 
You already did the hard work; 12 kg down and a visible ramus/jaw means your structure is good. Your cheeks are just the last place where fat is stored and water is held during puberty. You shouldn't mess with peptides right now because it's too risky and won't help you. Your face will naturally get thinner over the next few years. For now, keep your bloat in check (by drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, and eating enough salt) and stay lean. This alone can make your face look 10–15% tighter. A simple routine of cleanser, moisturiser, SPF, and something like Adapalene will help your skin, and the dark spots will fade over time.
