How old are you? You look young don’t listen to ppl on here telling you to take roids or peptides (maybe Ghk-cu) but wait until your finishing puberty don’t take online advice. Just eat healthy, do some skin care, and workout. A big reason a lot of bad mental health for the youth especially is chronic online. Get off the forums trust. You look good deadass. I’ve struggled with mental health as well (I’ve been bullied since 5) I remember being tripped shoved, laughed at, picked on, made fun of, etc) So I have experience with mental health lmao
