The things that stand out to me the most (that are bad) are:
Eyes are far apart
Puffiness under your eyes
Big forehead
Non clear skin
Chin
Slightly weird nose shape

You won’t deter women for any of those reasons but you can always improve
You obviously can’t move your eyes inward but there are things you can do to make them look less apart
You still look pretty good though

Im not familiar with haircut names but your hair is at a good length to try things in the mirror, I think you would look better with hair that is messy (not combed and straight)
