I have an appointment in 2 hours, I tried to get it a few months ago but she prescribed me some useless antibiotic called doxycycline instead that didn't do anything, also I had just gotten off 0.05% tretinoin cuz it was drying up my skin too much.

If I don't get it prescribed this time I will end it.

I wouldnt do that, one of the fear mongering risks of accutane is that it can make mental health worse, so they dont prescribe it to people with depression.

But, for sure, say that you feel self concious, that it lowers your self esteem, but dont go full on depressed.
