Stop eating all the way to tomorrow, drink water, and a lot of cardio today and tomorrow before the event to give the hollow cheek effect for a couple hours, or non since I don’t know how much of a fat fuck you are rn. Nothing you can do with such a little amount of time, even with diuretics.

Yes, dumping your face in cold water before the event will help too. Don’t do it on ice though you’ll just look red and might actually bloat even more.

Fast, ice the face, sauna, intense cardio, diuretics, low carb and sodium high potassium
But it takes a few weeks to properly debloat depends how bloated u are rn
