Ok well if you’re gonna do something I suggest you softmax and just do the basic. If you’re gonna do the other stuff like surgery it might actually fuck up your entire appearance bc you already look fine there is not much to improve tbh

Really just the basic like getting leaner, especially on your face, get a haircut that actually fits you, if you’re skin has problems maybe try to fix it
