Nah my mom pays for it it’s not that helpful they just make u come one time and tell u to do these exercises at home since it’s nothing too important in their eyes
you can probably do it on youtube for free
i imagine your doctor can put in an order tho if u have bad posture and it’s likely covered by insurance i did that
