Been trying ts for quite some time now (only soft maxxing) and have no idea where I sit, need a rating so I know where I am and how much futher I need to go.
What i’ve done so far (nothing crazy):
Bonesmash zygos & chin (don’t think it’s has created an actual bone mass, but the swelling is definitely noticeable and remains throughout the day at first I would get slight discoloration and bruising, but now even with bone smashing, I only get the benefits of swelling and no more bruising/discoloration
skin care I’ve done trentinoin and hydrocortisone cream on nose paired w moisturizer and clenser
for my hair on the top of my head, I haven’t done anything except for get a regular haircut every so often. Eyebrows and eyelashes I’ve dyed black and apply minoxidil the ordinary, lash and brow, serum, and castor oil every night, and sometimes in the morning.
right now I’d estimate my body fat to be around 16% used to weigh 205+ currently sitting at roughly 160 and planning to get down to at least 150
for eye exposure, I’ve applied vollufilline to my upper eyelids, radix, and sometimes under eyes every night. have noticed a difference with this stuff, it works, especially on upper eyes.
diet mainly consists of red meat, chicken, raw dairy, fruits, and sometimes Chick-fil-A and Chipotle.
BTW, mirror is mad dirty and I was pretty bloated with a combination of overweight in those pictures. Also hadn’t fixed my sleep yet.
