300 calorie deficit, protein intake high. It really is that simple. If you have appetite issues just eat high fibre foods and you'll be fine.

Low carb diet + OMAD or IF, start swimming, try to hit 1 hour, 30 minutes is ok if you start, each 30 minutes make you burn about 300 calories,
1 hour about 600 (this is a conservative estimate, you can burn way more at your weight)

you can supplement with a multivitamin and psyllium husk, coffee is always good in the start

Its impossible to lose 17kg in 2 months, delay, if you do then its mostly water like 15% muscle

what is the highest number possible in 2 months ?

also i once did a shock diet and lose 10kg at one month, i know it might only be water but my face went gaunt and a lot thinner that time

average person about 10kg per 2 months, you can lose around 12kg and be safe

and it was probably water, losing water weight makes you look thinner, especially face

i did this workout with 150gr protein that month :

5 Set 40 Reverse Lunge
20 Burpee
20 Push-Up Core

+
2 x 60 second.
Alt. V-Up 30 second
Rest 60 second
Crunch 30 second
Rest 60 second
Sit-Up 30 second
Rest 60 second
Alt V-Up 30 second
rest

It's indredible effective for losing weight but it makes you feel like shit

no it would be easy if you did a 40 day fast or something
Not recommending it but it's def possible

if it works for you then you can try to go on, you can use coffee to suppress the hunger,
Low Carb and especially keto will help you quite a lot in this case, but remember, its impossible not to feel like shit on a deficit,
you can minimize it, by eating less carbs, more proteins, fats, fiber and nutritious foods, but you will never get rid of this feeling

still not possible, lets say your metabolism is on the high end, and its 2,500 without exercising, you will burn in 3 days, 7,500 calories
which is more or less 1kg of fat, in 40 days you will burn around 13.3kg of fat, but you will lose like 20kg on the scale, but that because of water and some muscle

If you don't need to worry about losing muscle cutting is very easy. Now if you lift and want to keep muscle it will take much much longer then 2 months. How desperate are you to lose the weight?
very desperate :(

ya tbh, at higher calorie restriction, u lose less weight from ur face for some reason

like most malnourished people u see still have bloated faces

cut the fucking shit you don't "need to lose in 2months" you've been sitting on your ass eating like shit your whole life and think it takes 2 magic months to reverse years of damage, get in shape, and don't set meaningless goalposts for yourself

Fast +
Fasted cardio eat less calories and carbs
Sleep more

Yeah this guys right. I've also seen fat guys lose weight and get motivated but in a year later they are fat again. They never has maintainable diets. They eat at extreme calorie deficits which only works in the beginning then once they don't need to lose as much they become pigs again. I know OP is probably doing this for a summer bod but he'll still have stretch marks. Cutting for the summer is something you do with like 10 pounds not 30. Your diet needs to be sustainable.
If you actually change your diet and keep track on it, an extreme deficit can be sustainable

Yeah but most don't they have an unsustainable diet which is fine as a fattie. Then as they lose the weight they can't handle eating again and fall back on old habits. People always think of these extreme solutions that are quick but don't plan out what they will eat a year from now. Since they have no framework either eating absolute shit or eating nothing they can't eat a normal maintainable diet.
The metabolism doesn't slow down really after you lose weight, 1kg of fat makes you burn like 4 calories a day, which is very low, 30kg of fat will make you burn like 120 calories a dayw which is very low
the bigger issue is the lower amount of leptin hormones, which can be countered by eating a good diet

and well, how do you solve having an unsustainable diet? you change your diet and make it sustainable

It's hard to build a foundation on a frame work that never existed. My parents made sure to feed me well but I know people who have eaten nothing but fast food and sugar their entire lives. They need to relearn from square one. Most don't do this and are only successful with the initial weight loss they are concerned with losing weight rather then how they got there in the first place.
You are 100% correct, its very hard, I personally had ARFID (it makes you super picky about foods, to a point where you puke if you don't eat your safe foods) which made me only eat a few safe foods, what would I eat? only french fries and maybe hamburgers with no veggies, but as I aged my taste changed, and I slowly exposed myself to ray bread, tomatoes, yogurt, eggs etc... until now its my norm, if I eat french fries, I will feel like shit and I find their smell repulsive, eating healthy now is not only my norm, but its my preferred taste and I truly enjoy it, if you will give me pizza or junkfood, then I will feel worse mentally if I eat it, and I won't enjoy the taste as much, and its not like my parents introduced me to those, I exposed myself to those

its not an easy progress, but you can surely achieve it with 2-3 years of work, if I was able able to do this in a time-frame with my eating disorder, then everyone can, and I am a person who's not a big fan of change

You are not going to lose 17kgs in 2 months no matter what, unless you want to end up being skinny fat and with flaps of flesh hanging around, like a post pregnancy woman..

Your best bet to lose that amount of fat and not muscle is to do roids+DNP and exercise... But we all know you are doing nothing...

You are not going to lose 17kg in 2 months that's impossible

but nonetheless

increase your protein intake, stop eating sugar, lift weights and do some cardio

You’ll probably fuck up your metabolism and the rest of your body in the long run. Just throw the idea out of your mind, it’s not gonna happen chief.
