Need to shave my perfect beard for surgeon meeting

I grew a perfect full beard that hides my recession and gives me 10 times better look. Some people said i look like a different person, and a girl even told me "never ever shave that beard again".
Now i have a surgeon appointment for bimax or chin wing and need to shave it I will need to hide myself for 2-3 months till the beard has grown back again.
