Need current me rated without any frauds. Note that there's mild selfie distortion present (but it doesn't really matter anyway)

Would help to get some opinions on what I can do in regards to leaning down + maybe new hairstyles and if leanmaxxing is even worth it or not.
FYI - I seem to have deep canine fossa and suffer from bloating easily.
