NEED youtube monetization help

okay so so far i have 244k views in the last 28 days and i need 3mil views by may 23rd to get monetized which is 81 days and each post averages 10-30k and i have to only post once a day or my views will drop(have to wait for each video to do a full cycle 24hrs) which means i need to post between 100-280 videos but i only have 81 days and i post once a day is it over? it seems impossible (unless a video randomly does crazy numbers)

i mean i can post more than once a day if i wanted too but let’s say i posted after 2 hours from posting my previous video and it got 1k views the new vid i posted would cap at 800 views etc but when i wait a full 24hrs it goes up to 10-30k that’s why i post once a day

You don't need monetization with only 3mil views in 120 days, it really small amount of money, like 100 or 300$ at best

Just post videos until this 3 millions views accumulated without you trying extra, because if you can't make big channel that gets a lot views, you wouldn't get a lot money anyway
