I can’t eat in the morning without feeling sick, nauseous, or dizzy. It just suddenly started one day I woke up and couldn’t handle breakfast at all.
No matter what I try, I feel like I’m going to throw up if I eat anything early. But by lunchtime, I’m totally fine and can eat normally. It’s only breakfast that’s the problem.
I really need help with this, because it came out of nowhere and hasn’t gone away.
