Needing help with my jounrney

Guys I need your help, I made the decision to pause university for a few years to go all in my ascension, im gonna be full time slave sucking for 2 corporations (80 hours a week) in order to save as much as possible to fly to turkey and get a double jaw surgery with rotation incorporating jaw implants and some sort of chin augmentation/change if necessary, infra orbital implants for my recessed negative orbital vector, as well a rhinoplasty to get rid of the beak (side) yam (frontal) on my face. however I genuinely don't know how everything is going to play out, along the next 2/3 years, any words of advice appreciated.
