Needle- felt dizzy

I did my first mt2 injection. Also my first injection ever other than arm ones. Anyway

After i did it. I was fine for like 2 mins
Then randomly started feeling tingly and almost passed out. I layed down and 3 minutes or so later i was fine.

Is this normal? Is my body afraid of needles or something.

It was only 100mcg
