Im doing 23G rn.

They are talking about using insulin syringe because its subq , insulin needle are not long enough to reach the muscle man so of course its subq

Either just go subq with 5-10mm 28-30g, or depending on your bf% take 13mm+ 27-29g and pin in spots like your delts, if you hit the fat instead of the muscle it wont matter
