I have lots of used needles in my room all in like a delivery box whats the best method to get rid of them.

Last time I put them in a trash bag but you could see a bit of the needles

so go and throw them into neighbours thrash or some public one like the one you see on a street

Put them in a detergent box. The boxes with thick plastic that won't be pierced by the needles. Then write on it using either paper or tape "Do not recycle, needles inside". Then chuck it in the trash.

OR

If there's a bin in your area or surrounding areas that is specifically for sharp items, dispose of it there. Where Im from, there are some bins where you throw needles in it.
