Negative canthal tilt, droopy lower eyelid

The bottom of my eyelid is droopy, is this an issue with my poor under eye support. If so would implants or fat grafts help fix/ reduce this issue

I lot of Indians have this it's just genetics. You some type of cantho to fix it.

Nah, u need lateral canthopexy. Also your biggest eye area failo is low esr

Wouldn't I need to get an obo but to move them apart, if so I will just have to live with it

Yes it’s a pretty complex procedure. You can still improve your eye area in other ways

You actually have very little scleral show which points away from poor lower eyelid laxity and more to NCT. Indeed, if we edit by just rotating the whole eye structure then the eyes don't really look droopy at all.

As far as I'm aware canthal tilt isn't affected by undereye support since the lateral canthi are attached to whitnail's tubercles on the zygos. Fat grafts could still help with uee and the hollowing in your undereye area, but it probably isn't the cause of the droopy look, it's probably the NCT. If my theory is right then try looking into canthoplasty.
