Negative Canthal Tilt is actually quite uncommon

Really don't see it much — 90% of people have Neutral-Positive. Most people, especially on here who think they have negative tilt in reality just have a weak positive to neutral, which as a male is perfectly fine. Having a true negative requires you to have both a bad high-set medial canthus and a droopy lower set lateral canthus, which is quite rare specifically among non-Mediterranean Europeans — or a deformedly low lateral canthus which really only occurs in syndromes like Treacher Collins.

Maybe if I lived in a Med majority area I'd see it more.

yeah arabs seem to be the ethnicity who have it the most. they have the most fucked orbits out of any race.

Most of it is negative hooding, or head tilt
If u tilt ur head up your canthal tilt will decrease
