from what i see your negative hooding is the problem, not the actual tilt of the eye
i’d look into fat graft for the inner corner of the supraorbital region
and some weight loss

Best advice here, I wasn’t even thinking of that but it’s a way cheaper, safer, and less invasive surgery to fat graft
