Negative canthal tilt

Im "suffering" from a -4° canthal tilt and it ruins my whole face (i look so much better with something over my eyes in a pic). Im 100% getting a canthoplasty after my first paycheck, but now im thinking of cutting my medial canthus so im asking if its gonna make my eyes a little better or is it over.
