Drill hole canthopexy. You could also do facial reconstructive surgery in which you move whitnall's tubercle up a couple mm. But canthopexy or canthoplasty seems easier and less invasive

Ita due to a drop in the whitnall tubercle which i caused by low ma and low set cheekbone

I got it too, but due to cheekbones being a bit low so with fillers i can probably fix, like zeta ig, but not sure.

It's not that, my medial canthus is slightly downturned, the problem is the outer middle part of my eye goes down and comes back up giving my eye a negative tilted look

good then. lateral cantho is way less risky compared to medial cantho. i have the opposite problem.

Just get a canthoplasty bruh. it’s cheap, has a quick recovery time, and there are hardly any cases of complications since it’s a relatively easy surgery. Until then fraud with sunglasses and make sure everything else in your eye area is good. Make sure ur eyebrows are nice and thick and atleast neutrally tilted, make sure ur eyelashes are dark and curled up, ur sclera is white, and u got no eyebags.
