Hey, a bit new here so forgive if my terminology is a bit off from the norms.
I have a neutral CT, but the hooding around my eyes is pretty negative, with my medial fat pocket being the smallest, with my preaponeurotic fat pocket leaning downwards, with obviously the area that overlaps the lacrimal gland being the part that is causing most of my negative hooding. I have little UEE with the tradeoff being it being negatively tilted. I have to raise the frontalis when socializing, otherwise the negative hooding can look really bad (diagonally?, somewhat perpendicular to the tilt of my hooding) to minimize it. Though this causes a lot of muscle strain and while I'm not lifting it fully up I am worried about wrinkles it might cause in the future.
What can I do or any potential research options?
1. I plan to continue to lose more weight (I am like 18-20% BF as of now) aiming for low 10's. Hopefully this shrinks the preaponeurotic fat pockets in some way.
2. I am also using Volufine (still unsure if it's cope) on the medial fat pocket, so hopefully either a). I can get more fat on their to balance out the negative tilt. Or 2. retain some fat while I lose weight, and hopefully, the tilt also balances out easier doing this.
Are there any other options? I can't do any operations since I am saving up for a decent car, which grants way more SMV imo than any potential minor operation as of now. Also grants me more social and job opportunities, so I think it's way better regardless.
I have heard bimatoprost can cause orbital fat loss. Which in my case would be nice to shrink the preaponeurotic fat pockets, but I doubt it can be isolated to that area / go systemic. It's also potentially permanent so if it goes bad I can't reverse it.
Additional info:
I am also using castor oil as of now (yes ik it's cope but it still makes my lashes and eyebrows look better [at least on the moisturizing / nourishment side], no studies but there is a potential mechanism for it enhancing growth regardless). I might switch to rosemary oil or straight up start on oral minoxidil. No idea if these interact with the hooding / any topical routes. 18M if that is relevant.
Any help would be appreciated.
Do trust that my eyes look neutral when I lift up the hood / also going to get my eyebrows done this week.
