Negative Hooding

I have hunter eyes with a Neutral canthal tilt which i am fine with

But my hooding is negative. I have more fat on the outside of my upper eyelids that droop. At the inside of my upper eyelids there is low fat (almost nothing droops) giving the look of a negative hooding
Is there any way to fix this? I am now about 15,3 years old

It's not my eye but the negative hooding is similiar
