My my canthal tilt is like positive 2° but hooding ruins and it looks like I have negative if I don't lift it a bit. Its a bit negative on one eye and more on another eye. Can I fix it or fraud somehow?

maybe look into plasma pen, some asians use it to get rid of the monolid, some people to correct this negative hooding
