how to fix negative eye hooding?
 
Fat grafting, potentially some infraorbital implants if Maxilla recession is present.
 
can i do it with soft maxxes since i'm still a minor and i don't have access to fat grafting
I don't know what your eyes look like, so I simply cannot comment on what frauding might work. If you attached a photo, you'd get better responses. No pressure, though.

the photo is kinda old(like a month ago i’m not squinting i get that alot i may be pouting a bit cuz i just applied vaseline when i took the photo but i think the main problem may not be the hooding but the canthal tilt

Learn your terms before throwing around shit like that.

You have absolutely no hooding what so ever, and you eye area is quite mog.

Canthal tilt Information for you:

Positive tilt: outer corner higher than inner corner.
Neutral tilt: outer and inner corners roughly level.
Negative tilt: outer corner lower than inner corner.

ye thankfully now i stopped fighting with my parents and i'm getting more sleep so now i want to lock in to not be like that can you give me tips in general

Unfortunately, as I said, it's completely down to you and you alone to fix yourself.

My tips:

Learn what sovereignty, agency, self governed behaviour is and how it applies as the foundation towards building any type of meaningful, dominant and conquering life.

Find out who you are. Sit down in a dark, quiet room alone for many nights and be accountable for everything in your life. Cut out all the noise, social media, everything. Once you you know your insecurities, what's fucked up, what you're hiding, your strengths, etc, then you can actually start building something. You first have to face yourself and accept where you are currently and analyse what you trajectory is based on your current daily execution, not a miracle or not some bullshit hope. What you're actually doing every single day, work out where this ends up for you if you continue to do that everyday 5 years from now.

Work on fixing and facing every single fear you have one by one. Understand that identity fixing is never, EVER "permanent" it's a grind which must be done daily, every single fucking day of your life. You will never reach a point where you've done enough. The second you feel that way, you'll go right back to being a piece of a shit.

Start combat sports. It will change your body language, and your entire world view. It will alter in real time how people perceive you, how people and woman respect you, and how you respect yourself.

Avoid porn.

Anything else is noise and irrelevant.
