Worst thing to have when you have laterally wide cheekbones,mine are wide but almost flat from the side + dark circles.What procedure fixes this and gives ball like forward projection from the side?

They ain’t bulging my eyes are behind my supras,my issue is infras

Also My upper eyelids are thin as fuck Im doing fat grafts soon

Yeah shit sucks,my eyeballs are behind my supras but the moment I look down with no aquinting the uee gets exposed.I don’t like it,makes me really mad I need to get fat grafts to supras.Probably im Proto Iranid thats why

Why is the side of my supra more tilted back than the mid and front part,is that an issue?and how will high malar infra implants effect the side profile and front?

Ur over thinking most likely. And yes infras will affect your front and side. Maybe post a better side profile pic.

Very good forward growth btw. I still can't get a proper look at your infras due to the lightning, maybe even fat grafting would solve it for you, but looking at your other pics, maybe infras too would benefit you. Though fat grafting alone is really good.

I have very bad malocclusion called sfs overbite,I need to perma jut all the time because my lower third looks short if I close the bite.Im getting a downgrafting and vertical genio double jaw surgery soon.a better lightning pic for you to see

Yes because I have little incisor show when smiling,the overbite is 95-100%
