Negative tilt fix

My eye area is good but on time pictures my canthil tilt looks slightly (like 2-4%) negative, am I delusional and if it actually is negative is there any way to fix it without surgery
I mean I know there is none but I've seen people claim they fixed it themselfs so maybe there might be a way to change it atleast a little bit

its probably your eyelashes that make it seem negative sometimes, mine do the same just curl your lashes

your lashes are hiding the end of your eye making it like you had an nct
