Negatively tilted brows

i have negatively tilted eyebrows and they fuck up my eye area even though i have positive canthal tilt.

Hair transplant is probably the only way. Or you could grow them with oil or minoxidil and use dermarollers and all of that. When you've grown them just reshape the brows into how you want them with a razor. That's what I would do.

It’s pretty much impossible to fix without some obscure implant + bone shaving procedure. If you try and change the eyebrow without changing the underlying supraorbital bone it will look uncanny.
