I’ve been looking into blepharoplasty vs infraorbital implants and already reached out to Giant Implants got a price update but then lost contact. If anyone knows a reliable way to get in touch with Dr. Celal or Giant (aka Surgerymaxx…I think), I’d really appreciate it.


My plan is already set on getting a full custom jaw implant (similar to Dr. Karan Dhir’s methods) since I’ve got some asymmetries that a double jaw surgery probably wouldn’t address as well. I might also consider a brow bone implant, though probably not since my eye area is solid. Rhinoplasty in South Korea is already on the schedule.


This isn’t something I’m rushing into I’m going to gym max for a while first but I want to start mapping out the surgical side of things. Any insight, especially on contacting Giant or Celal, would be huge. Open to other suggestions too.

PS: I’ve included pics + the look I’m aiming to hard-maxx toward. Budget-wise I’ve got around 30–40k set aside for surgery, so I can move comfortably when the time’s right. Also planning to run HGH, which should help with recovery/healing.

I used lower-quality pics on purpose so the feedback would be more honest no “frauding” with skincare, filters, or brow dye. I’d rather get advice that’s actually useful and conducive long-term. I’ve also been told by multiple girls that I should get waves instead of growing my dreads back out curious if that’s really looksminning me.

I thought Tri max was very extreme as maxila growth is only really important if your entire face was recessed to i thought infraorbitals would be enough?

i’d strongly recommend trimax, your maxilla looks heavily recessed causing ur eyes to have the stereotypical “bug eyes” look.

IMO you would benefit a lot from bimax (lefort1 and bsso) as your mandible is a little recessed and so is your maxilla, that will make a pretty big difference

I see a bi max was my assumption as well so for my eye area would infraorbital/brow implants be the move then?

I don’t know much about eye area surgery and I won’t give you misinformation, your eyes are actually decent, you have low uee and good shape

Yeah that’s like the only thing girls compliment me on in that case I will not mess with them besides the under eye sag but a blepharoplasty is also an option
