Getting into top colleges and landing jobs at elite companies is so easy for black people. The real issue is the welfare system and black women. They are so delusional and think they can't accomplish anything in life due to muh racism, so they turn to the single mother route and spawn a bunch of kids and live off government welfare. Nigerian immigrants in the US are high earners. 60% of them hold at least bachelor's degree. Median income for them $80,000. They are highly represented in fields like medicine, engineering, finance, etc.
