Lol, back when I was in college the majority of women teaching at the university had absolutely no business being there, they had an academic career only because of their connections - they were usually married with respected and influential university professors who pulled all the strings and basically did most of the work for them.
There was a small number of women however who really passionate about science and research, but they seemed almost autistic, they were usually unmarried, dressed blandly, didn't wear makeup, they simply seemed asexual - it's probably that type of women Nietzsche referred too.
