Ive been closely following the nepal's protests from day 1 so I thought I should make a thread so the dear people on .org have a clearer picture about this than the normazoid zombies that consume western propoganda. I typed all this on my phone in a rush and didn't use chatgpt so forgive me if my thoughts seem scattered and I make typos

So Nepal is a poor country in between China and India

It doesnt have much in terms of resources and industries and is mostly a hilly region that makes money through tourism of Mt Everest and other famous Hindu and Buddhist temples in the region.

The protests start from these 3 people.

This is the famous Nepalese Christmas tree that became a symbol of the protesters. The guy in the pic is sugar thapa, son of powerful minister in Nepal, he regularly posted pictures of himself in luxury LV clothes, partying in Europe and Dubai in Yatchs with blonde white women. And this picture went viral

Another nepo baby that got famous was this foid. Again the same story. Daughter of rich politician and former Miss World pageant winner and model that regularly posted herself and her husband in Ibiza, Paris driving Paganis, Ferraris, eating at luxury restaurants in Dubai, France, Mumbai and travelling in private jets. One incident that got people really angry when her husband used a military apache attack helicopter to travel to Kathmandu

There are hundreds of nepo kids like these but these three were the main ones that got famous during the protests. One incident that particularly angered the people is when the protests were going on one of these nepo kids were posting pics of themselves and their husbands/wives in london.

Anyway the Nepalese nepo kids started copying the Indian elite and try to mirror their lifestyle but the problem is unlike indian elites these people have no money. There is no money in Nepal. You see most of rich Indians come from buisness families. These people are children of industrialists, buisnessmen, hedge fund managers, startup CEOs because the Indian economy is strong and can support the growth of these people and fund their lifestyles but Nepal doesn't have anything. The region is hilly, most people dirt poor, 0.industries there is no foreign investments so what do you do when your country is poor but you have lots of power snd you want to copy the neighbouring country's rich kids lifestyle. You tax the poor. A classic

So the nepal government and politicians kept increasing the taxes steadily since it came in power followed with brutal corruption to extract as much money as possible. They spent all that money to fuel these nepo kids lifestyle while the nepal economy remained in the shitter. There were not hospitals, poor literacy rates. People were literally starving in the streets while the politicians lived a life of luxuury

But on Western normie media you'll read that it was due to social media ban these things happened. That is a joke lol. I'll come to that now.

All of this pent up anger among the youth exploded when nepal's government banned social media because nepal's activists like hami Nepal were exposing the government of its corruption and misdeed so they called for a peaceful protest in Kathmandu in front of the parliament

The protests were peaceful at first but took a violent turn when the police started firing live ammunition and killing 19 people and open firing at the crowd. The youth parties went insane after such an aggression and vowed to burn every government office to the ground and bring the people involved to justice

And ofc whenever something like this happens in the world. You bet your ass there is some Britishcel cumming in his pants to get in on the action and to look for adventure that is where this guy comes in. He thought πŸ€” hmm so there's there's a massive dangerous and violent mob full of hooligans heading towards the parliament with machetes, moltovs and baseball bats and there's a shoot at sight order by the government , people are getting hit with tear gases and dieing due to live rounds. Sounds like fun.:feelsgood: I'm in. While all the expats and foreigners left the country this guy choose to participate in the protests with the people and his vlogs vent viral. He almost got killed btw.

The protesters went mental and all that anger exploded and the mob went on the rampage over the next week brutally arosoning houses of politicians houses and lynching their families and burning government offices

The protests completely destroyed the government and dissolved it successfully and there's an interim prime minister elected but it remains to be seen if it will be effective the gen z protests are still continuing in parts of the country
