Nerfing your face on cycle

My face is still bloated on cycle even when I think I controlled my e2. But my face also looks very stressed it just sags what can you do about this any help

Was running a lot of tren for long. Now I’m only running 400 test 200 mast

I was on so much than i lowered it all. And took out some stuff. Last month I was on my biggest stack it was 200 mast 400 test 200 tren 20 Winstrol. 40 clen felt like shit obviously but it was the end of my cycle anyway now want to rest a little than hop on something like that again did tren for 4 months 2 month 150 I think other 2

I had absolute no sides on 150 but roid rage 200 I had some high blood pressure but didn’t really have any crazy sides would do it again def. Did that cycle just to put on mass as fast as possible
