I was neck training until May 2020. Grew my neck from 15'' to 17'' until I had an accident with a snapped harness during neck curls.

The weight shifted to one side and gave me a bad case of whiplash + occipital neuralgia. Now i get a painless click whenever I turn my neck. It's been that way for almost 2yrs now.

I wouldn't do it. You'll fuck it up and won't get results since you can't hit bone proprely. You even have to be lean for bonesmashing to do anything.
