how can i heal my nerve inflammation really fast? few months ago i hurt my left upper trap / lat area in the gym and i thought it got better after a few days. but it seems like its silently been getting worse. I went to my moms friend who is a PT cause its genuinely unbearable and he told me it was sum to do with my nerve. How do i make it go away really fast its the most annoying injury ever and it makes daily tasks that involve anything overhead painful asf.
