How does i have hollow cheeks, but my face still look puffy/fat. Did i commit Blasphemy towards Jews? Someone pls have answers tho real shit

you could just have a disproportionate amount of subcutaneous and buccal fat or your retaining water in some areas of the face and not others i'm not sure could be your bone structure as well (mark this as solution)
