It is quite good until the very end.

But the manga descends pretty fast into a typical Shonen with a lot of fighting... so it is not about looks anymore, but just a good looking faggot fighting other good looking muscular faggots for... idk... defeats the purpose of the whole manga anyways.

yeah pretty much, i'd say the bluepills start around chapter 150 and it generally goes downhill from there and degenerates into a generic delinquent series, still pretty entertaining though but the first 150 ish chapters are the bomb.
