at that point just get a dermastamp for the hairline (and derma pen for eyebrows) (it will hurt too but at least it will work), both with topical (or oral but I don't think its the best option) minoxidil and if you have androgenic alopecia or are over 23 get a 5AR inhibitors

Lifting up heavy things grows your muscles, stamping your eyebrows (can) make them grow, so why couldnt this theoretically work? Plus i never claimed that this would work so you can also relax just a little bit.
