Neuroprotection options for letrozole?

Gonna hop on letrozole + hgh+ ipa + bpc , this is gonna leave me with real fragile bones which idrc, however, how do i protect my brain? Its one of the things that matters most of my overall genetics. I was thinking semax or selank, that or DHEA but none of these options seem ideal for keeping my iq intact and no brain fog meanwhile i have to do high intesnsity intellectual work .

No nootropics would replace estrogens role in the brain but Semax could help with the symptoms that come with low estrogen. Switch to a milder AI or probably don't take one at all especially if you want the optimal brain health
