Im in the uk, currently on a waiting list for a psychiatrist to get diagnosed with adhd, im 18 so it takes alot longer than if I were younger. My attention is cooked and im thinking of solutions to lock in with schoolwork.

Im prolly gonna include modafinil in my next indiamart order as my current solution but does anyone have any other suggestions with their experiences in terms of nooroptics that helped their adhd, or any suggestions in general for better concentration, alertness, less brainfog etc.

Ive read that its effective for controlling adhd so I look forward to finding out for myself, il be sure to make an update

Yeah seems like u you only really get it through black market which is a bit of a hassle

but if you get diagnosed with adhd you can get a prescription that’s how my friend got his

yeah, issue is that I need it for exams now, but I wont be prescribed for another 4-5 months at least
