Depends on mechanism of action. Pure test enanthate, unlikely if dosed reasonably. Compounds such as Enclomiphene are very unlikely to show neurological damage. Im sure you are familiar with Trenbolone Acetate neurotoxicity though. The problem with this question is that these substances affect all users differently.
