What do you guys think about the neurotoxicity on erdafitinib. inhibiting fgfr1 can blunt hippocampul subgranular zone which supports memory and learning and also slows down prefrontal cortex maturation and synaptic pruning, fgfr2 inhibition can slow down myelination rate also. lmk thoughts on this
