Ironically enough this idea got me paranoid

yeah, thats like, the entire point. a large portion of the population relies on concealing their grotesque unconscious thoughts/desires in order to survive and reproduce -> introducing telepathy and making thoughts/ideas visible via a public domain would err, not put these people in a very good light lets just say -> also it would solve the issue of lying and virtually all crimes
