They keep around the “cool” neurodivergents too copy their personality , taste, quirks then go back to their nt friends
Which is fine because NDs almost always prefer their ND friends, but it’s a testament to how majority do not have souls.
It’s not about discarding because that’s normal, just the fact they can’t come up with their dream/ goal identity without a neurodivergent inspiring them. They will even copy your outfit piece by piece then show up randomly wearing it. They study NDs they deem cool like it’s revision for their identity
