Neutral CT turns to negative CT, why?

I've had a neutral canthal tilt for most of my life, but now it seems that I have it negative? I don't understand?
what could have caused it?

Maybe you never had an nct in reallity
it good be droopy lower eyelid, negative hooding, proptosis


Or the muscles weaken with age, and they sag and go down, that's why botox increases PCT
