You want to put your hips forward(not tucking the pelvis) until your lower back is completely vertical

This is good posture, a posterior tilt but not tucking your pelvis,tucking the pelvis will make the spine flat, just put your hips forward

It would require changing pattern which took years to develop. I think alternative seats ("riding" chair instead of typical office chairs might be better) and specifically watching the balance between muscles to correct it by training specific muscles more.

I think the hips is what should be leading the movement and should be as forward as possible without tucking the pelvis, because tucking the pelvis makes your back flat, you should feel the hip flexors stretch
